Armed with more than 120 acres of owned lands in assets, Rakeen BD’s objective was to form a leading real estate development company with a view to making World Class Living Luxury and eco-friendly Residential / Commercial Properties in Bangladesh. OUR LAST THREE YEAR OF OPERATION WAS A LANDMARK IN ITSELF DURING WHICH WE CREATED A LAND BANK OF 120 ACRES OF LAND IN DHAKA CITY AND A PORTFOLIO OF 3 PROJECTS IN THE LAUNCHING STAGE. DURING THE COURSE, WE ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF VARIOUS RENOWNED CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS.
